Yoga equipment - if you have it - Mat / blocks / belt / blanket: Val can supply wholesale details if you wish to purchase before the date. Please give plenty of notice.
*Yoga clothing plus warm sweater and loose trousers to top up for massage
*Suitable outdoor shoes and clothing should you decide to walk in this beautiful part of Wales. Time will be available for reading, relaxing, chatting, walking.
* Poetry/writing/music/painting/etc something that makes you smile, feel good or quietly peaceful - to share or simply keep with you on the course.
A request that use of mobile phones/TV /news etc are moderated on the course to enable a place of sanctuary and renewal while you are here.

Cancellation policy
The deposit is non returnable - unless you find a replacement or there is a waiting list then the deposit can be transferred to them minus a £10 admin fee.
In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks of the start date - full payment is due unless the event is full and a replacement can be found, then 75 per cent will be refunded.
