One Day Workshop: Tan y Garth, Chirk, North Wales. 31st March 2012. Details below.
Saturday 31st March 2012 Val is offering a one day workshop from 10am - 5pm - a chance to "Wake up to Spring" at the beautiful Tan y Garth Hall in the Chirk Valley, North Wales. Approximately one hour from Wirral. The centre is non profit making and teachers give their time free. The stunning manor house has recently had many improvements and rests on the hillside at the side of the valley. The price for the day is £30 for members (£20 concessions available to members only) or £36.00 for non-members and includes morning coffee, fresh, healthy lunch and homemade afternoon tea. All the food is vegetarian. Morning will be thorough stretching, strengthening and centering of body, mind and spirit. Weather permitting we will be outside in the gardens, surrounded by views of the valley, mountains and river. Otherwise the class will be indoors in the beautiful listed building.
The afternoon will be pranayama practise leading to the deep relaxation and harmony that is meditation.
